Right Click Induced Freeze?

I am running Beta version 3.03 on Mac OS X version 10.11.3. When running a Net I have frequently noticed the following behavior on an intermittent basis:

1) I right click on a user in the checkins list to perform some action - usually to check him/her out.
2) The pop-up window of actions appears.
3) The mouse seems to be dead; i.e., the cursor stops responding to mouse movements.
4) The mouse comes back to life in about 20 seconds.

Since I have not seen any similar behavior with other applications, I am inclined to believe that the fault lies with NetLogger (vice OS X itself).

Other than this issue, the program is quite useful. I don't recall having this problem with version 2.96.

I run a MAC. I have not seen this particular issue, but I have seen the Apple Messages application do very similar things.
I think the problem is with the mouse and not the program.

Keeping a fresh battery in the mouse/trackpad is a good idea. I have had problems due to that.
The power is low enough that the bluetooth connection goes into recovery mode but usually recovers before you see the mouse 'disconnected' overlay on the screen.
