- The version of NetLoggger you are running
- The Operating system and version you are running
- Any recent changes such as upgrades to the OS or other software installs/changes.
- A complete and thorough description of the problem.
-What happens, exactly? Be as detailed as possible. More is better...
-What error messages are received?
-Did it ever work? When did it break?
-Does the problem come and go, or is it permanent?
Without providing complete details it's akin to calling up a complete
stranger and asking "Why won't my car start?".
